For the migration to work properly, 2FA must be temporarily disabled on your Square account.

How to disable 2FA in Square:

  1. Sign in to Square Dashboard
  2. Go to SettingsAccount & SettingsMy BusinessSecurity
  3. Toggle off "Two-step verification"

You can re-enable 2FA after the migration is complete.

We need Owner or Admin level access with full permissions to complete the migration successfully.
